WATCH: Minor phreatic and phreatomagmatic eruptions at the Taal Main Crater occurred at 12:58 AM and 01:04 AM today, Dec. 4, 2025, both lasting two minutes based on seismic and camera records, according to PHIVOLCS. These events generated plumes that rose 1200 meters above the crater before drifting southwest based on the Daang Kastila (VTDK) thermal and Lower Calauit (VTLC) IP cameras, the agency added.
